• Unlimited consultation via telephone and e-mail
• Assistance with budget determination and breakdown as needed
• Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design
• Research wedding professionals that fit your event style and budget
• Research ceremony and reception sites
• Create wedding day itinerary and instruct attendants of their duties
• Attendance at appointments with wedding professionals
• A "get acquainted meeting" with the wedding party
• Assist with reception seating chart
• Contact person for wedding party

To Have and to Hold - Partial Service Wedding Coordination
(For the couple that has already started planning)

• Unlimited consultation via telephone and e-mail
• Assistance with budget determination and breakdown as needed
• Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design
• Research wedding professionals in each of the remaining categories that need to be secured
• Create wedding day itinerary and instruct attendants of their duties
• Attendance at appointments with wedding professionals
• A "get acquainted meeting" with the wedding party
• Assist with reception seating chart
• Contact person for wedding party

From This Day Forth - Day of Wedding Coordination
(For the couple that has planned their wedding & want to enjoy their big day)

• Up to 5 hours of professional in-person consultation time from hire date to wedding date, of which there is a mandatory 1 hour meeting with the bride and groom two weeks before the wedding
• Create wedding day itinerary and instruct attendants of their duties
• Confirm and finalize wedding day tasks with all hired wedding professionals
• A "get acquainted meeting" with the wedding party
• Contact person for wedding party
• Ensure a stress free day

All wedding coordination services include the following services

• Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
• Detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted wedding professionals and wedding party
• Follow-up telephone calls to all contracted wedding professionals 1-2 weeks before wedding day
• Wedding rehearsal supervision (1.5 hours maximum)
• On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on your wedding day
• Make sure the ceremony and reception run smoothly
• Assist with packing and getting gifts to their final destination
